Champions that have been over-performing like Aphelios, Ivern, and Rell have been given an overhaul in this patch, and Lee Sin and Nidalee have been given a bit more power. Some items have also been adjusted, such as Statikk Shiv and Stormrazor, and some balance tweaks have been applied to ARAM.
